Terms and Conditions *

Creative Canine Solutions will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the care of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible care. However, to the extent that Creative Canine Solutions is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, Creative Canine Solutions will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of such insurance. I have been told by Creative Canine Solutions and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others, and consequently I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Canine Solutions of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. CANCELLATIONS You may change your reservation for a pet sitting up to 72 hours prior to the first day of the sitting. The full fee will apply for any changes with less than 72 hours notice. REFUNDS Pet sitting is fully refundable up to one week (7 days) prior to the first day of the sitting. 50% of the pet sitting is refundable up to 72 hours prior to the first day of the sitting. No refund will be offered for cancellations or changes. within 72 hours of the first day.
